 Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week | Rotating Shifts (6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm, Monday to Friday)

Our client, a well-established international packaging manufacturer, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their growing team at their Wellington facility.  Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and set up high-tech production machinery
  • Maintain product quality in line with company standards
  • Work collaboratively to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  • Progress through a structured training pathway to become a multi-skilled operative
 Pay & Overtime
  • Starting Rate: £12.82/hour
  • Progression Rate: Up to £14.10/hour as you become multi-skilled
  • Overtime: Paid at time and a half
    • £19.23/hour (based on starting rate)
    • £21.15/hour (once fully multi-skilled)
