Are you a detail-oriented, client-focused Paraplanner ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a skilled Paraplanner to join a thriving financial services team of a regional Chartered financial planning firm.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Translate adviser meeting notes into effective financial strategies

  • Research and analyse data to create tailored solutions

  • Draft comprehensive Suitability Reports and supporting documents

  • Collaborate with technical and compliance leads for best-practice guidance

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and client service

  • Support case loading, system processes, and team collaboration

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (working towards Level 6 is a plus)

  • Knowledge of financial products and up-to-date with FCA regulations

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Strong time management, organisation, and communication abilities

  • Confident using financial planning software and tools
