Powder Coater

We are seeking a Powder Coater to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various metal components, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our stringent standards. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.

Duties
- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, or using other methods to ensure proper adhesion.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
- Apply powder coatings evenly and efficiently to achieve desired colour and finish.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in painting or powder coating is experince.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Skills in fabricating and assembling components are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

The pay rate is 14H/R

work hours are Monday - Friday 8AM-4:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
