This Legal Secretary role includes the following duties:
Legal Secretarial Duties:-
Manage client matters professionally and courteously.

Maintain high-quality service to prevent client complaints.

Use case management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, 365).

Draft correspondence, documents, records, presentations, and accounts.

Manage diaries, book appointments/meetings.
-
Attend meetings and assist with note-taking.

Create, photocopy, and print legal documents.

Manage meeting room diaries and maintain rooms.

Notify staff promptly about client appointments.

Handle reception-related administrative tasks.
-
Provide assistance to colleagues during meetings as needed.

Answer phone calls promptly and take accurate messages.

Comply with the firm’s Office Quality Manual and policies.

Support colleagues during holidays/sickness.

Assist with post duties (opening, sorting, franking, etc.).

Adhere to the Equality and Diversity Policy.
The ideal candidate for this Legal Secretary role will have the following experience:
