Client Bookkeeper - Wells - £26,000 - £30,000

Trial Balance are delighted to be working with a friendly and growing accountancy practice based in Wells, who seek an experienced Client Bookkeeper to join their team. Offered on a permanent and full-time basis, this role will be predominantly office based with the occasional work from home to be discussed.
The role? Working with a range of small businesses across a multitude of industries, you will provide support in all aspects of bookkeeping, VAT return preparation and management accounting. With a varied client base, you will quickly become a trusted advisor to your SME clients.
The person? You will be joining a small and close-knit team so you will need the confidence and interpersonal skills to hit the ground running. This is a friendly team which will make you feel well supported, but you will still need to have the ability to work well independently as you build relationships.
This client is looking for someone who has built up a good amount of experience within an accountancy practice and who is adept at a variery of systems. You will usually be working with Xero and FreeAgent and will need to be able to assist with systems implementations, training and advising your clients on systems best practice.
