What Can You Expect in This Role?
- Support and implement the Health and Safety plan for the Wells site, embedding a proactive safety culture across all levels.
- Ensure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental regulations, driving best practices across site operations.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and COSHH evaluations to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Lead HSE training, provide coaching to line managers, and deliver robust accident investigations with sustainable corrective actions.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior HSE role, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or a process-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO management systems.
- Ability to influence and engage at all levels, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Willingness to be hands on and visible across the shop floor
