Male Support Worker - Bristol
Location: Bristol Hourly Rate: 12.94 per hour Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) | Part-time considered (21-37.5 hours) Training: Full training provided, with opportunities to complete an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care Requirements:

About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Male Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to young men with Autism living in their own flats in Bristol. This role is essential in promoting independence, fostering social connections, and helping individuals lead meaningful lives on their own terms.



Who Will You Support?


You will be working with young men with Autism who require support tailored to their unique needs. To be part of this team, you must have experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism, as well as a strong understanding of complex behaviours or Positive Behaviour Support.
Key Qualities:


  • Creative, passionate, calm, and patient

  • Prepared to support physical activities, particularly outdoor walking

  • An interest in cars/mechanics would be advantageous
