Our store is located in the heart of Wells, a historic cathedral city that attracts both locals and visitors all year round. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.

• Team Development: Manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.
