We are seeking an Operations/Traffic Office Clerk to join our client's team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the traffic office, providing essential support through administrative tasks and managing enquiries from customers, depots, and drivers. Your contributions will help ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Shift/salary & package:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:00-16:00
  • 12.21 per hour
  • Permanent role

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the traffic office team with various administrative tasks.
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, depots, and drivers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
