We’re looking for a dedicated Planning Enforcement Officer to join a dynamic Local Authority team and help uphold planning standards in your community.

What You’ll Do:

Investigate breaches of planning control and carry out site visits.

Serve enforcement notices and liaise with site owners and occupiers.

Interpret planning proposals against legislation and policy.

Work with planning teams, residents, and legal advisors.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Local Authority Planning Enforcement or a professional planning role.

Knowledge of the Town and Country Planning Act, GPDO & Use Classes Order.

Strong investigative, reporting, and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
