We are looking for a SiteHealth and Safety Managerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in theUK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a SiteHealth and Safety Managerto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The SiteHealth and Safety Manager,will be responsible for:

  • Managing a regular audit and reporting program
  • Act as a key Health & Safety point of contact
  • Managing and delivering training programmes to ensure employees are competent regarding their HSE duties, including toolbox talks.
  • Developing appropriate arrangements to ensure that risks from contractorsare managed
  • Undertaking investigations of site incidents and accidents that addresses circumstances, cause and consider improvements that could be made
  • Manage and maintain the COSHH register
  • Ensure all relevant site files are in place and up to date
  • Manage and maintain the Noise and Vibration registers for all equipment
  • Performance audits on permits

To be successful for this Site Health and Safety Manager role you must have:

  • NEBOSH Certificate essential or equivalent level 3 qualification.
  • Strong technicalunderstanding in a manufacturing / construction environment
  • Experience in delivery of QHSE
  • Broad experiencein incident investigation and root cause analysis .
