  • Statutory Accounts: Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Month-End & Year-End Close: Lead financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Strategic Financial Guidance: Deliver insightful financial advice to clients, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on regulatory developments and ensure adherence to tax laws and reporting requirements.
  • Team Mentorship: Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their growth and development.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience within an accounting practice.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Xero is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with solid client relationship skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Working Model: 1 day a week WFH
