Statutory Accounts: Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Month-End & Year-End Close: Lead financial close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Strategic Financial Guidance: Deliver insightful financial advice to clients, supporting strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed on regulatory developments and ensure adherence to tax laws and reporting requirements.
Team Mentorship: Support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to their growth and development.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience within an accounting practice.
Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Xero is a plus.
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with solid client relationship skills.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Model: 1 day a week WFH
