Are you a confident, curious, and versatile Senior Content Designer ready to make an impact? Join our dynamic Product and Supplier team on a 6-month journey to enhance the seller onboarding experience in our new Marketplace proposition.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit large volumes of content to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate fresh ideas to enhance the seller and colleague journey across multiple platforms.
  • Map out, create, and maintain engaging, effective, and consistent content tailored for diverse communication channels.
  • Edit and refine existing content to align with our unique tone of voice, ensuring it resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated squad of UX, UI, and Service Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
  • Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders from various business areas.
  • Help define user tests, analyse research findings, and translate insights into impactful copy and content strategies.

About You:To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven content design experience across multiple digital platforms, showcased in a vibrant portfolio.
  • Strong skills in mapping and auditing content, with a knack for proposing actionable solutions.
  • Enthusiasm for stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Adaptability to work with diverse audience groups, including colleagues and suppliers.
  • Experience in both high-level vision work and hands-on content creation, including micro-copy.
  • A deep understanding of best practises in content design and UX writing.
  • The ability to juggle complex projects while balancing various stakeholder needs.
  • Mastery of tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all content types.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring a cohesive language experience-from onboarding screens to emails.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity, with a focus on clear communication.
  • Bonus: Experience with large supplier and colleague-facing digital platforms is a plus!
