- Order Picking and packing: Efficiently Processing and dispatching outgoing orders,
- Dispatching Orders: Ensuring ALL documentation is completed correctly while adhering to company procedures. Also, a basic understanding of Certificates of Conformity and Import/Export compliance
- Receiving and Booking in Raw material utilising heat and batch numbers including Free Issue material and storing raw material appropriately within the warehouse
- Other duties of the role/team are
- Booking finish goods into stock following each customers guideline
- Preparing and shipping parts out to various subcontractors through the PO system and receiving back into production
- Arranging collection either directly with the customers
- Support the RMA process- Customer returns
- Movement of products to various departments and locations
- Work without direct supervision and to co-operate as part of a team.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and maintenance of good working practices, including housekeeping and maintenance.
- Undertake other tasks, including work within other sections, as requested by your line manager within limits of capability and training.
Person Specification
- A-C GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths;
- Competent in handling high value products
- General warehouse experience
- Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships
- Good time management and organisational skills
