Job Title: Teaching Assistant - SEN
Type: Full time, term time 8:30-3:30 Monday - Friday
Salary: £90-£115 P/D PAYE
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Tradewind are currently partnered with a leading and popular Secondary School in the Welwyn Garden City area who are looking for motivated educators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis and have a real impact on their students and departments whilst enhancing your education career.
All levels and roles within support required including, SEN Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors and subject specialist TA's. Working though out the school you will be responsible with supporting the development and learning of children with a range of different needs including ASD, ADHD, MLD and global learning delays.
Liaising with the SENDCO and head of faculty this is a varied and dynamic role that not only provides CV, and UCAS enhancing experience but also offers a rewarding and varied job role that can also serve as a stepping stone onto other areas and lead onto teacher training with the school.
These roles will be temporary in the first instance but for the strongest candidates, you will often be offered a permanent role with this partnered school directly as well as encouraged to explore routes onto teacher training.

- Strong relationship builder with parents, staff and most importantly children
- Previous experience with SEN would be highly beneficial - whether in a personal or professional capacity.
