We are working with a leading UK-based company offering a diverse range of authentic World Food and Drink products, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. We are supporting them to find a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join their planning and logistics team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role for a well-respected global FMCG brand, overseeing stock, supplier planning, rework processes and warehouse coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage monthly & weekly supply planning cycles
  • Analyse sales forecasts vs. actuals; adjust stock plans accordingly
  • Raise and confirm purchase orders with suppliers and 3rd parties
  • Monitor stock levels, availability, and expiry risks
  • Liaise with 3rd party warehouses to manage stock transfers and age
  • Drive clearance of overstocked and short-dated stock
  • Coordinate rework planning and track reworked SKU availability
  • Support sourcing of alternative suppliers when needed
  • Maintain accurate system data for delivery costs and Bills of Materials
  • Report forecast variances at monthly meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a supply chain or planning role (FMCG preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and confident working with forecasts and stock data
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proactive problem solver with a hands-on mindset
  • Strong Excel and system skills
