About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Executive to help us build meaningful relationships with schools across our region. This role is ideal for someone who values quality over quantity and understands that the best sales relationships are built on trust and mutual benefit.

Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine partnerships with schools based on our TRUE values (Transparency, Relationships, Understanding, Excellence)
  • Understand schools' unique staffing needs and challenges in order to provide personalised solutions
  • Represent our transparent pricing approach, ensuring schools know exactly what they're paying for
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to match schools with the right educators
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to ensure consistent service
  • Contribute to our marketing efforts and help share our unique approach with the education community
  • Gather feedback from school partners to continuously improve our service
  • Develop a sales target system, whilst implementing our current sales process

Must-Haves:

  • Previous B2B telemarketing experience
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • A genuine belief in our collaborative approach to recruitment
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and transparently
  • Experience with Excel and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently
