My client based in Welwyn, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly, organised, and process-driven team in Welwyn Garden City. This role is ideal for someone with previous customer care or people experience, offering full training and the opportunity to provide empathetic support and service. The position is office-based with free parking available.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage outbound calls to arrange servicing or repairs of specialist equipment.
  • Ensuring all customer's needs are met efficiently and with compassion.
  • Efficiently coordinate logistics to arrange deliveries.
  • Respond to customer emails and handle any necessary paperwork.
  • Uphold data integrity within systems, focusing on confidentiality and meticulousness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
