Job Title: Junior Project Engineer

SRG are currently recruiting for a motivated Junior Project Engineer to join a successful and growing client in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of CAPEX projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D environments
- Assist in the development of project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, validation, quality, and operations
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, drawings, and specifications
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Prior experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with CAPEX project lifecycle and engineering documentation
- Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance in pharma environments
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
