What youll be doing as a Assistant Manager:
- Running shifts and ensuring a positive experience for all customers and team members
- Setting up shifts for successful service and coaching and assisting colleagues on shift
- Resolving customer and staff questions, queries, and issues
- Taking responsibility for revenue, profit, and guest experience targets
- Day to day administration such as scheduling, ordering, and stock control
- Training and developing team members
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws, and ensuring that the necessary security is in place
