Mortgage Broker

Our client is looking for a friendly and organised person to help people and businesses get secured loans. You will be the first person they talk to and guide them from start to finish. You’ll answer their questions, help with paperwork, and work with other team members to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Help new and returning clients and partners from the beginning to the end of their loan application.

• Make the process easy by working closely with lenders, clients, and teammates.

• Help the company reach its goals while making sure clients get the best service.

• Keep things moving quickly and follow service guidelines.

• Suggest better ways to work based on feedback and new trends.

• Make sure all computer systems are up to date with the latest rules from lenders.

• Team up with others to get more loans completed successfully.

• Help partners understand how to send in better applications.

• Support your team with daily tasks and keep things organized.

• Share the benefits of working with our client and represent their values proudly.

• You should have a CeMAP Level 3 certificate.

• You’ve worked in this kind of role before.

• You know how secured loans work and understand the financial world well.

Tech Skills:

• You know your way around a computer - especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• You understand the rules and care about treating customers fairly.

People Skills:

• You’re friendly, flexible, and can work well with others.

• You speak and write clearly.

• You plan your day well and don’t miss details.

• You’re positive and work hard, even when it gets busy.
