I'm working with a national PLC developer who is looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their team in Hertfordshire.
The essentials:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 2 months (potential for extension - multi-phased project)
* Rate: 225 per day CIS (25 per hour, 9 hours per day)
The role:
* Creating and managing snag lists for both private and HA units
* Sending emails to subcontractors to request completion of outstanding items
* Ensuring all final works are closed out to a high standard
Who we need:
* A Finishing Foreman with proven experience on new build residential schemes
* Someone organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors
* Current CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are ideal, CSCS as a minimum.
