Salary: 42,000 - 46,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all water hygiene operations across client sites
  • Provide support and guidance to engineers and ensure best practice standards are met
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and maintain strong working relationships
  • Drive business growth and identify new commercial opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with LCA standards across all operations
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts effectively
  • Split role: approximately 70% office-based, 30% site-based

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Water Hygiene Manager or similar leadership role
  • Strong understanding of ACoP L8 and HSG 274 (Parts 1-3)
  • Legionella Awareness Training (essential)
  • Excellent account management and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence and clean DBS
