    Responsibilities:
    • Lead the timely and efficient delivery of one or more clinical studies across all phases (start-up, conduct, and close-out), ensuring adherence to ICH/GCP standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Act as the UK representative on the global study team, contributing to strategic decisions and local implementation.
    • Manage site relations and recruitment within the UK, ensuring engagement and performance at site level.
    • Provide direction and leadership to local study teams, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), to ensure successful study delivery.
    • Collaborate with local Medical Affairs colleagues and cross-functional teams with collaborative mindset.
    • Work closely with UK PDG colleagues to support feasibility assessments, study start-up, and site payment processes.
    • Ensure the study is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality standards and diversity plans.
    • Drive study timelines, risk management, and operational planning, including inclusive research objectives.
    • Support responses to IRB, Health Authority, and Ethics Committee inquiries and audits, ensuring consistency and best practices across the study.
