Technical Manager

72-75,000 DOE plus package

A Technical Manager is required by a leading residential developer to supplement the team. You will work closely with the Head of Technical & Engineering Manager to ensure a smooth handover from the land/planning appraisal process, managing the detailed design and all other Technical aspects of development from this point on. You will also manage the workload of other members of the Technical department to ensure that the Company's procedures are being met necessary.

About You

  • A background in either Architecture or Design Engineering is essential
  • Able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding on the technical details of residential construction.
  • You will have experience of leading both internal teams of Architects and Engineers, as well as external consultants
  • Deliver a continuous supply of technical information.
  • Self motivated, strategic thinker who is hard working and a strong decision maker
