You'll play a key role in driving the technical delivery of bespoke residential schemes with the freedom to shape your own team and influence project outcomes from start to finish.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating external design consultants and technical approvals
- Chairing CDM and design meetings, keeping programmes on track
- Overseeing the quality and accuracy of technical drawings and specifications
- Collaborating across land, commercial, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all planning, Building Regs, NHBC, and S106 requirements
