Technical Manager

**Technical Manager - Hertfordshire**
Due to some growth in the business, a privately owned bespoke developer are looking to take on a Technical Manager. A great opportunity for someone with strong leadership, deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex residential developments. In this role, you will work autonomously and have the opportunity to lead and grow your own team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate design consultants and technical approvals
• Lead CDM and design meetings, ensuring programme delivery
• Oversee production and quality of technical drawings and information
• Liaise with site, commercial and land teams to support project delivery
• Ensure compliance with planning, building regs, NHBC, S106, etc.

Competitive salary circa 70,000 - 80,000 plus benefits.
