Cover Teacher - Hertfordshire

Interaction Education are currently on the lookout for a number of qualified teachers to work for our partner schools in the Hertfordshire area on a supply basis, day to day cover and sickness cover. 

This type of role would suit qualified, ECT or NQT teachers, offering flexibility and weekly pay to their schedules whilst gaining them extensive experience in the classroom in a variety of different schools.

The responsibilities for this role are below, please read over them before applying to make sure they are suited to what you are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.

• Ensure continuity of learning and a positive classroom environment.

• Provide feedback to relevant staff on pupil progress and engagement.

• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom routines.

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent required.

• Experience teaching in UK schools (primary or secondary).

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Flexible, professional, and able to work independently.
