Technical Lead - R&D Product Development

Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading company specializing in noise and vibration solutions. We're seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our client's cutting-edge R&D Facility. This critical role encompasses designing and enhancing attenuator and chiller test rigs, revamping calculation systems, and driving ongoing innovative R&D projects.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of R&D projects, including test rigs.
  • Oversee a full review and update of calculation systems for improved accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
