Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare and/or laboratory framework projects. The successful candidate will oversee projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and commercially aware, with the ambition to grow alongside a scaling company.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple lab and healthcare framework projects simultaneously.
Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare, laboratory, and safety regulations.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones are achieved.
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and supplier coordination.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Support business growth by contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager within healthcare, laboratory, or framework projects.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare/laboratory sector.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in project management tools/software.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, PMP) desirable.
