About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of over 1bn. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a film studio project based in Borehamwood. You would be reporting into a Commercial Manager. This is a full time site-based permanent position.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Supporting the upstream and downstream process
- Handle CVR's
- Final Accounts
- Checking monthly valuations
- Negotiating tenders
Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on film studio projects
- Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
- Live within a commutable distance to Borehamwood
