The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher to join our team from January 2026 on a full‑time, permanent basis. You will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially KS5), delivering engaging and challenging lessons that encourage students to develop strong problem‑solving skills and a deep understanding of mathematics.
Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, preparing and delivering high quality, differentiated lessons to students of varying abilities.

Assessing, tracking and reporting on student progress; using assessment data to inform your teaching.

Collaborating with the Maths department to ensure coherence of curriculum, consistency of standards, and best practice.

Contributing to the broader school community through extra‑curricular activities, departmental initiatives, and supporting students’ mathematical confidence and progress.
We are looking for someone who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent,

Has proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level in a UK school

Is committed to raising achievement, confident in using a variety of teaching strategies to engage students.

Demonstrates excellent classroom management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Is reflective, open to feedback, and committed to continuous professional development.
