This SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity is a fantastic platform for developing experience within social, emotional and mental health needs.

A lively primary school in Hemel Hempstead are searching for a SEN teaching assistant to join them on an immediate basis. They currently have 2 children in Year 4 with an EHCP, both children have Autism and will require someone who understands their needs. This mainstream primary school are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has a true passion for working with children with SEN.

This is a long-term, full time opportunity and will require a SEN teaching assistant who is fully committed to their role. Ideally the SEN teaching assistant will have previous experience in a similar position working with special needs within a school or nursery setting.

This role requires someone who is patient, reliable and has great awareness of other people's needs. If you enjoy working with children and strive to improve a student's educational development then you will succeed as a SEN Teaching Assistant!

We are looking for someone to be consistent for these children and offer ongoing support.
