Trading for over 30 years within the reinforced concrete frame and groundworks sector, our client is leading name within this field, current turnover is 100m+. They currently complete packages ranging in value from 10m up to 100m on a mixture of residential and commercial projects throughout London and Home Counties.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-tender and construction planning for a varied portfolio of construction projects
Developing and maintaining comprehensive construction schedules
Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the project team
Utilising industry-standard planning software to create and update project schedules [Asta Powerproject/ Microsoft Projects]
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in planning and pre-construction for groundworks and RC frame Contractor
Previous experience in an on-site role, such as Project Management or Contracts Management within a concrete frames and groundworks environment
Experience in using Asta Powerproject
IT literacy / able to use Microsoft software
Experience in digital presentations
The ability to communicate effectively and work on your own initiative
Decisive and reliable with excellent attention to detail
Remuneration:
