Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday (plus out-of-hours call-out rota)

Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with engineers and the wider team across multiple trades
Carry out plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance tasks
Complete day-to-day Plumber repairs, including taps, valves, showers, and pipework
Maintain heating and hot water systems, including pumps, cylinders, and radiators
Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general remedial works
Ensure all Plumber activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Plumber or Multi-Trade Engineer
NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing (G3 and water hygiene experience desirable)
Full clean UK driving licence and valid DBS
Strong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, can-do attitude
