Salary: 35,000 - 38,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with engineers and the wider team across multiple trades
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance tasks
• Complete day-to-day plumbing repairs, including taps, valves, showers, and pipework
• Maintain heating and hot water systems, including pumps, cylinders, and radiators
• Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and general remedial works

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Plumbing or Multi-Trade Engineer
• NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing (G3 and water hygiene experience desirable)
• Full clean UK driving licence and valid DBS
