Based near Wembley, North West London our client is seeking a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. The role is office-based 4 days a week and 1 day from home. Please only apply if you can make this commute daily.
This role is ideal for someone with prior accounts payable/receivable experience who is eager to advance their career. It offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth by managing an efficient finance function while playing a key role in shaping and influencing business decisions.

The successful candidate will have a good level of transactional experience but may have experience in other areas as well. The role will consist of timely financial reporting, analysis and support, including transaction processing and relevant system maintenance and development. They will play a key role in supporting the business in maximising profitability, realisation and efficiency.
Duties:
- Deliver timely financial reports and analysis to aid decision-making and goal setting.
- Prepare weekly management accounts, KPIs, and other performance analyses.
- Support sales strategy development and performance measurement through tailored analysis.
- Provide timecard analysis for company-wide appraisals.
- Assist in preparing reports for strategy days and support forecasting and budgeting with senior management.
- Perform general accounting duties, including month-end journals, P&L and balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and maintaining the Fixed Assets register.
- Assist with VAT returns, year-end processes, and compliance with financial obligations in collaboration with the Finance Director and external accountants.
- Support the Company Secretariat during year-end activities.
