We’re seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning on a large scale commercial development based in North West London, for a leading Main Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the mechanical services delivery across multiple project stages — from design review through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate closely with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to ensure fully integrated building services solutions.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, and specifications for compliance and buildability.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme, quality, and cost targets.
• Attend client and site progress meetings, providing technical input and reporting updates.
• Oversee commissioning activities and ensure documentation and O&M manuals are completed to standard.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or MEP Manager, ideally within main contractor or client-side environments.
• Strong mechanical background (HVAC, public health, plant, and energy systems).
• Sound understanding of electrical systems and overall MEP integration.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Relevant mechanical or building services engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree).
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid beneficial.
