Stride Recruitment are delighted to be representing a fantastic organisation in their search for a Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who has extensive experience working with in a charity sector, as this role will have a large focus dealing with digital fundraising.

Job responsibilities:

Strategic Development & Implementation: Design and lead an innovative individual giving strategy aimed at expanding our donor base and increasing revenue streams.

Supporter Insight & Engagement: Leverage our CRM system (Beacon) to gain a deep understanding of our supporters, creating targeted and meaningful engagement opportunities.

Donor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual donors, including high-net-worth individuals, ensuring they feel appreciated and closely connected to our mission.

Campaign Leadership: Oversee compelling direct marketing initiatives, digital fundraising appeals, and social media campaigns that inspire action and drive donor conversion.

Performance Analysis & Financial Oversight: Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance with precision, managing budgets effectively and delivering clear, insightful reporting.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and motivate a dedicated team, actively contributing to hands-on delivery to ensure we reach our collective goals.
