Daytime Healthcare are working with an established Supported Accommodation provider for young people (mainly aged 16-18 age group). The supplier has two 4 bed homes in Brent and Harrow and they are seeking an experienced manager or deputy manager to manage both services. You must have experience within a ofstead regulated environment. Also you should have or be working towards a NVQ level 4 or 5 qualification.

The service users mainly have had issues with the fostering service.

Responsibilities include:-

  • To manage and support an allocated caseload of young people aged 16+ by having key responsibility to ensure the provision and co-ordination of practical, personal, emotional, social and financial advice to enable a successful transition to adulthood.
  • Assess the needs of young people by actively contributing to the assessment and preparation of the Pathway Plan to enable young people to achieve independent living.
  • To oversee an allocated caseload of services and staff ensuring safe and high-quality service delivery in line with Ofsted National Minimum standards and Supported Accommodation Regulations.
  • To ensure that services are prepared and ready for inspections with both announced and unannounced.

This is mainly a Monday - Friday position with occasional on calls as required. The normal working hours are 9-5:30pm.
