The Role:

As a Mobile Electrical / Building Services Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining premium commercial sites across West and North West London. Your day-to-day will include:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works on Electrical & HVAC systems

• Fault finding and repairs (e.g. UPS checks, lighting repairs, BMS tweaks)

• Conducting site inspections and reports

• Lamp/ballast replacements and basic mechanical works like filter changes

Locations You’ll Cover:

• West London / Middx

• North West London

• Occasional work in Central London

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical Installation & 18th Edition qualified

• Confident with Electrical/HVAC systems

• Presentable, professional, and client-facing

• Based in or near West/North West London or Middx

• Salary: £45,000+
• Overtime: Time & a half and double time
