Key Responsibilities of a 1-2-1 Teaching Assistant:

Work 1-2-1 with a special needs child
Provide targeted support for child with autism
Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support the school's values around equal rights, anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this 1-2-1 teaching assistant vacancy:

A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children
A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive
Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience)
A commitment to personal and professional growth
