Reeson Education is working with a well-respected and inclusive primary school in North West London that is looking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable graduates seeking Teaching Assistant work to join their team from September 2025 and help support children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum

• Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs

• Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement

The Ideal Candidate for this teaching assistant vacancy:

• A positive, resilient and caring approach to working with children

• A team player who is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive

• Experience working with primary-aged children is desirable

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching Assistance (or equivalent experience)

• A commitment to personal and professional growth

Working Hours:

• Monday to Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

• Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

• Friday: 8:30am - 3:30pm
