As a Teaching Assistant you will work alongside teachers and other Teaching Assistants ensuring children are best supported in accordance with their needs.

About the Role as aTeaching Assistant:
- Supporting individual pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs.
- Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions.
- Helping pupils stay focused, engaged, and confident during lessons.
- Encouraging independence, inclusion, and a love of learning.
As a TeachingAssistant - what do the school require from you?
- Experience supporting children in Primary schools
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND is a bonus!
- A passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
- Confident in your ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
- Resilience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- A proactive attitude and team mindset
