Sonic Summary

One of the world's largest Facilities Management companies is looking for a Mechanical bias Lead Engineer to manage their technical team onsite.
The role requires previous experience in a Lead Engineer or Supervisor position, along with a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical or Plumbing & Heating.
The successful candidate will supervise engineers, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with PPMs and reactive maintenance within contractual SLAs.
The salary for this position can reach up to £55,000, with additional opportunities for overtime and an on-call rota.
Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a company pension scheme, and ongoing training and development.
