Position: Plumber Multi trade
RGsetsquare recruitment is working with FM Companies who are responsible for managing a mixture of reactive and planned maintenance contracts across UK.
Job Location: Brent, London (covering Wembley, Harlesden, Kilburn, Willesden, Neasden, Cricklewood, and surrounding areas)
- Pay: 23.90 per hour (Umbrella) / OR 20.59 per hour PAYE (includes holiday pay)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hrs per week)
Contract: Temp to perm - roles will lead to permanent for the right candidates
We're recruiting experienced Plumber Multi Traders for a new contract covering social housing maintenance across Brent. You'll be carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties in both domestic and residential settings. This role requires a strong background in plumbing with some multi-trade skills preferred, such as tiling, plastering, or decorating.
Key Duties
- Plumbing repairs in social housing (both occupied and void properties)
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, taps, toilets, showers, and all other plumbing-related systems
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues (e.g. leaks, blockages, pipework) quickly and efficiently
- Minor multi-trade tasks like basic tiling, patch plastering, or decorating (preferred but not essential)
- Using a PDA/handheld device to log and close jobs
- Providing excellent tenant service when working in residents' homes
