About the Role:

  • Teach a class of 7 EYFS pupils, all with EHCPs and complex needs including ASD, developmental delay and speech & language difficulties.
  • Deliver a creative curriculum using play, music, sensory exploration and movement.
  • Collaborate with TAs, therapists and parents to deliver child-centred care and education.
  • Opportunities to help shape the provision's growth and long-term success.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS and has experience in either EYFS, SEND or both.
  • Passionate about early intervention, inclusive education and holistic development.
  • Able to think creatively and plan lessons that nurture independence and communication.
  • Calm, resilient, and reflective with a growth mindset.
