KS2 Teacher requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS2
- A strong track record of delivering engaging, inclusive, and high-quality lessons
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to be an active member of the school community
- Creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting children's progress
KS2 Teacher responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering exciting and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils feel supported and challenged
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents
- Contributing to the wider life of the school, including staff meetings and enrichment activities
- Upholding and promoting the school's values, vision, and behaviour policies
