Dove & Hawk are working with a Residential Property Developer who own and manage a number of high-profile sites in and around London. They are currently in the process of recruiting an experienced Estate Manager for their site based in Wembley, HA9. This development consists of 5 Blocks containing 850+ apartments as well as onsite pool, gym, cinema & cafe. The role will suit someone who has at least 2 years of experience in managing a large development as well as a team of 8 concierges: Duties/Functions of the Role:

  • Serving as the primary customer-facing liaison for tenants, providing responsive, solution-oriented support and maintaining a high standard of resident satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring smooth running of the building and addressing operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintaining and developing productive relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring high service standards are consistently met, and performance is reported in a timely and structured manner.
  • Managing a team of eight Concierge staff, including the creation and maintenance of staff rotas, supervision of daily duties, and arranging temporary cover as required to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Overseeing the operation and scheduling of building amenities, including booking systems and app-based management platforms, ensuring user satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Managing the building's swimming pool and related facilities, including conducting or coordinating routine chemical testing and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Utilizing building management software such as Locale and MRI Qube, with the ability to navigate both platforms for communication, reporting, and operational purposes.
  • Fostering and maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including residents, commercial tenants, local vendors, and housing association partners.

Requirements of the role:

  • At least 2 years' experience working as an Estate/Building Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & face to face).
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills. Experience using 'Locale' & 'Qube' software would be beneficial.
  • A willingness to learn, with an interest in self development.

Salary Budgets: £60-70,000per annumRequired working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pmAdditional Benefits:
