I am recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to work with a social housing contractor in North West London.
The position is temporary and offers a pay rate of £21.40 per hour under CIS or Umbrella.
Candidates are expected to have relevant trade qualifications and experience in multi trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, and plastering.
A Basic DBS Check will be required for successful applicants, and the role involves working 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be provided with a van, fuel card, and PDA system to assist in their duties.

I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas in North West London paying 21.40 per hour CIS. A Basic DBS Check will need to be carried out if successful.

Pay Rate:

21.40ph (CIS or Umbrella)

Hours:

42.5 hours per week (Mon to Fri)

Multi Trade Operative Duties:

Complete a range of multi trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering and decorating repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties as well as associated works
Be customer focused
Have a relevant trade qualification
Have a DBS Check
